Who can make a will?<\/h3>\n

Any person over the age of majority and of sound mind.<\/p>\n

How to make a will?*<\/h3>\n

The holographic will can be public or secret.<\/p>\n

  • In order to be valid, it must meet the following requirements: being handwritten by the testator, being dated and signed. A notary can then notarized it.<\/li>\n
  • The public will be drawn up by a notary in the presence of two witnesses and is notarized by the notary.<\/li>\n
  • The secret will be drawn up by the testator and delivered to the notary \u00a0in the presence of two witnesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Can I change or revoke my will?<\/h3>\n

    The will can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Therefore is a highly flexible choice.<\/p>\n

    In the absence of a will, who inherits my assets?*<\/h3>\n

    If there is no will, relatives up to the sixth grade can claim their right to a portion of the heritage.

    \nIn any case they are entitled to a portion of the estate, the so-called \u201creserve quota<\/i>\u201c.

    \nIn the absence of heirs, the testator may freely dispose of\u00a0 her\/his assets without any constraint.
    \nIt\u2019 s important to remember that, in the absence of will and heirs, the assets are automatically acquired by the State.<\/p>\n
