The association grows up
Verified, at least formally, the interest of Botswana for the project and its feasibility, these months are dedicated to the growth of the Association, to meet with new members useful to the project, to achieve the formal approvals required, to the drawing up of the educational program. It is in this period that the number of members moves from three to fifteen, almost all of them with operational assignments in their respective areas of expertise
