At least this first goal we got it ! Here are the official letters

We did nothing yet, but at least this outcome, so long coveted, we got it. Indeed, we received not only one letter, but even two! The Ministry of Education, first sent us the “Proposal Letter” and then, when we requested, as in verbal agreements, a more explicit invitation to begin our activities in its country, we received a second one that you can read here.
