First information about our new project
As we told you in our last report, we are completing the drafting of our new project for the next two / three years, much more ambitious than the two schools lately built in Kaulembe last December, which will be called: “;Santina Gusmini” kindergartens”. It’s about the accomplishment of short training courses for volunteer teachers operating as kindergarten
teachers in nine villages in the Chipangali area, territory of Chalumbe, north east of Zambia, where the village of Kaulembe is also located. We will also build a early childhood school in each of the eight villages included in the project. At this time, the children living in the eight villages use straw and mud huts, classrooms divided with primary’s schoolboys and even a church in one of them, depending on the village. With people serving as teachers without any specific training, being only volunteers.
It is a complicated and expensive project. Shortly, as always, we will publish all the details of our Project and the budget required for the completion of this plan. This time the financial investment is much more burdensome and, one more time, we need full support of all of you.
